Delivery areas
We accept orders for delivery within Bangladesh where supported by our chosen courier services. Some remote areas may require additional time or a different delivery arrangement.
Delivery charge
The standard delivery charge currently shown at checkout is ৳110. The store may contact you before confirmation if the destination requires a different courier charge.
Order processing
Orders are reviewed before dispatch. Processing time depends on stock availability, payment verification and courier collection. Manual-payment orders are processed after the payment reference is checked.
Order tracking
Use the order number and phone number on our tracking page. When courier information becomes available, it may be added to the order timeline.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel must be sent again because of an incorrect address, unreachable customer or refused delivery.
